ClimASed contributed to SedNet Conference on Healthy Sediments

The 14th International SedNet Conference on ‘Healthy Sediments’ was held in Madrid from the 6th to the 10th October, 2025. SedNet provides an international opportunity for relevant stakeholders to meet, discuss and develop sediment solutions.

Healthy sediments are key to supporting life, maintaining biodiversity, enriching soil and sustaining ecosystems.  SedNet 2025 focused on this sediment theme through a wide range of presentations on state of the art research and sediment applications and solutions. Key aspects discussed included sediment quality, sediment flows, nature based solutions, data collection and sharing and sediment management concepts and policy.
